DBS Speed Dial Programming

Programming must be done from extension 10,11,100 or 101.
Once programmed, a number can be called by lifting the handset, pressing "AUTO" and dialing the 3 digit speed dial code.

NUMBERS

-Press ON/OFF
-Press PROG
-Press AUTO
-Dial the 3 speed dial code you wish to program (000-199)
-Display will say “Enter SSDXXX”
-Press CONF
-Dial 9
-Dial phone number
-Press HOLD
-Press ON/OFF, or PROG, AUTO and another code to program.

NAMES

-Press ON/OFF
-Press PROG
-Dial #1
-Press AUTO
-Dial the 3 digit speeddial code you with to name
-Display will say “SSDXXX -SSDXXX”
-Press AUTO to backspace (erase) over current name "-SSDXXX"
-Press dial pad to enter the first letter
(ie pressing the “2” button 3 times will display a “C”)
-When the first letter is correct, press the FLASH button to move the cursor to the right.
-Continue programming name.
If you make a mistake, you may press the AUTO button to backspace.
-When the name is entered, press the FLASH button one more time and then press HOLD.
-Press ON/OFF, or PROG, #1, AUTO and another code to program.
